Really great experience from the start, with Sabreen Badr helping get me the best cost possible. She was extremely patient and helpful speaking numerous tomes to her Office to get me a great cost. The person who was in charge if the actual Install, Wally Sulaiman, was on site early with the Crew and supervised every aspect of the Job. I was not very pleased when I found out the extent of damage to the wood decking after the old shingles were stripped off and learned how much extra it would be for all the replacement wood sheeting, but it was not due to Apollo, but to age and neglect. Wally took charge of going and picking up all the extra wood and making sure it got replaced timely. This did add lots of extra time and the Crew did nit finish until after 8 PM and then did the best they could working by flashlight on the clean up all around the house. Wally came back the next day to perform another go around of the roof and yard. Juan, Hamzah, and Jack made sure we purchased the best quality roof with the longest warranty. They arrived at 6am and quickly started removing g our 17 year old roof. They were present the entire  12 hours making sure every layer was applied and repaired existing damages as needed.  We are very happy with the results.  Money well spent.
